Terms of Service

Effective 11 September 2026. These terms govern your use of the Interview Copilot app and API operated by Nanoscale Labs. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

Interview Copilot transcribes interview questions and suggests answers grounded in documents you provide. Suggestions are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for what you say in an interview.

2. Acceptable use

• Use the service only where assistance is permitted: mock interviews, coaching, preparation, and interviews whose rules allow it. Do not use it to deceive an employer or to violate an interview's rules, an honour code, or an assessment agreement.
• Obtain all consents required by law before recording or transcribing another person.
• Do not upload documents you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful.
• Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, reverse engineer the service, or overload it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old. Keep your sign-in credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Plans, payments, and refunds

The free plan includes a monthly allowance of listening minutes and answers. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms, renew automatically until cancelled in your store account settings, and refunds are handled by the store. Allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month (UTC) and unused allowance does not roll over. We may change plan limits and prices with notice.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you upload. You grant us a licence to process it solely to operate the service for you. We do not use your content to train models and we do not share it except with the processors listed in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability

The service depends on third-party speech and language providers and on network connectivity. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it, and live sessions may be interrupted. Keep the manual "paste a question" fallback in mind.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nanoscale Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any outcome of an interview or hiring decision. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.

10. Changes and contact
