Interview Copilot

Privacy Policy

Effective 11 September 2026. Interview Copilot is operated by Nanoscale Labs ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

2. How we use it

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your documents or transcripts to train machine-learning models.

3. Who processes your data

We use the following sub-processors, each bound by their own privacy terms:

4. Recording other people

A live session may capture the voice of an interviewer or other participants. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required by law in your jurisdiction before recording or transcribing a conversation. The app asks you to confirm this before every live session. Do not use live mode where recording is prohibited or where the interview rules forbid outside assistance.

5. Retention and deletion

6. Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Data at rest lives in a private database that is not reachable from the internet. Access is limited to the operator of the service.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Most of these you can do yourself in the app. For anything else, email support@nanoscalelabs.io.

8. Children

The service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

9. Changes

We will post any changes here and update the effective date. Material changes will be announced in the app.
